A night face cream can make a big difference if used regularly. It can be the difference between tired and old looking skin and a glowing youthful complexion.
But far from every night face cream is effective, and you have to picky if you want to see results like rejuvenated, smooth and soft skin in the morning.
Many widely used chemicals can harm the skin and even overall health if used frequently. Parabens and dioxane may increase the risk of cancer, although skin irritation is more commonly reported.
If you are rather safe than sorry, then choose a completely natural night face cream.
A product with clinically proven ingredients is more likely to be effective, since obviously there is proof that it works. Repairing protein like Cynergy TK, vitamins like E and B5, and plant oils like avocado, jojoba and grapeseed are great proven ingredients that rejuvenate the skin while you sleep.
Look for a company that puts optimal quantities into their night face creams. Some companies want to save money by putting less than the optimum amount of the best ingredients, but this won’t do if you want to see real improvements.
It can be hard to know if a company is sincere or not, but do a little research of them – look them up online, read their philosophy and their customer policy. They should be completely open about the manufacturing of their products and the ingredients.
