How to make a wholesale order?

What is the MOQ?
MOQ means Minimum Order Quantity.
There’s a $500 MOA (Minimum Order Amount) for the most of the brands. The supply rate and MOQ may be higher when ordering below $500 MOA. It is best to let us know which products at what quantity you need, so we can find the best solution for you.
What is the supply rate?
Supply rate is the amount of discount that defines the resulting wholesale price.
Wholesale price = Retail Cost * Supply rate.
Example:
A product’s retail cost is $100.
The supply rate is 30%.
The wholesale price wil be $30 ($100*30%=$30).
What is the lead time?
Our lead time is 7-10 days for the products in our stock.
Sometimes it may longer (up to 2 weeks) due to the manufacturer’s delays.
Can I update/cancel my order?
You can always update/cancel your order unless you have already made a deposit and your order is being processed. Once the deposit is made you are cannot update or cancel your order.
What is the box quantity?
Box quantity refers to the number of product pieces contained in one box. You can find this data in the quotation file that we provide upon your request.
Can I order lower than MOQ or Box Quantity?
Depending on the manufacturer brand’s distribution policy it may be possible. We don’t guarantee, but we can try to supply in lower than MOQ or box quantity.
Can't find a certain brand's product in our quotation list?
If you can’t find a certain product, please add that product name and the amount you need below the quotation list.
Shipping & Tracking the Order
What are the available shipping methods?
There are several shipping methods we offer:
- EMS EXPRESS
- DHL
- FedEx/TNT
- Using your own shipping forwarder
Usually, we offer the EMS Express shipping service which is cheap and fast. However, at the customer’s request, all Shipping Methods are available, including Sea and Air Cargo, DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, and other special offers.
How to calculate the shipping cost?
The final shipping cost depends on the weight of the shipment. We can provide the exact shipping cost once the goods are prepared for shipping. Otherwise we can only give you a rough estimate shipping cost.
Do you ship to my country?
EMS Express, DHL & Fedex ship almost worldwide.
What to do if received the wrong items?
If you received the wrong items, please contact us within 7 days after receiving your order.
What custom duties & fees are included?
There are NO custom duties & fees included in the order total amount. These terms and values are completely different from country to county and we cannot handle this.
- For the countries with high customs fees we can declare every shipped box less than $100 upon your request.
- If you there are several boxes to be shipped, we may send each box to different addresses upon your request.
What is the delivery time?
EMS Express, DHL, FedEx/TNT takes about 3-5 days to reach most countries. Usually your order arrives within ~7 days anywhere in the world unless it’s held by the custom office.

Can I use my own forwarder?
We can deliver your order within Korea to your forwarder warehouse. After that you will need to deal with your shipping forwader yourself.
Can you under declare and under invoice our order?
We can help you with that, please contact us by the email and give us the the amount you want us to declare, before the order is shipped.
Do you place invoice in the boxes?
No, we never place invoices inside boxes unless you request.
Payment terms
What are my payment options available?
You may use Bank Transfer or Paypal. Paypal commission fee will be added on top of your total order amount.
What currencies do you accept?
We accept all currencies: KRW (Korean Won), USD, Euro, etc.
What are the payment terms?
You need to make a 50% deposit no later than 5 days after we confirm the order, and 50% when the goods are ready to be shipped.
Who cover the payment transfer fee?
Because we need to receive the exact amount sateted in the Proforma Invoice, the buyer is required to cover the payment transfer fees by indicating (transfer fees to be covered by the sender) at the bank.
Handling disputes
If you need to dispute the wrong/damaged products, payment, shipping etc, you need to report the dispute by email within 1 month of transaction time. Afterward, all transactions are assumed to be settled and any dispute will be disregarded.

Tell us what brand you are looking for and we’ll do our best to source it for you.
If you can’t find a certain product in the pricelist, you can send us the product’s photo or name found at the official brand’s website.
What is the products expiry date / shelf life?
If you can’t find the product expiry date / shelf life in the quotation that we sent you, please request it by sending us an email.
Do you sell product samples?
We do provide the product samples for the brands that manufacture those. If you can’t find the product samples in the quotation that we sent you, please request it by sending us an email.
Do you provide product photos / promo materials?
We can only provide product photos and other promotional materials for the select Korean brands that supply these to us.
Do you provide products MSDS/INCI/ISO/Other Certificates?
We can only provide product MSDS/INCI/Other Certificates for the select Korean brands that supply these to us.
