A reliable Korean cosmetics wholesaler should give you clear, written answers about the company, products, quantities, prices, payment, shipping and export documents. Do not judge a supplier only by a large catalogue or a low headline price. Verify the details that affect whether your order can actually be supplied, shipped and imported.
The checklist below is designed for e-commerce sellers, retailers and distributors comparing wholesale suppliers in Korea.
Start with the legal business name, business location, website and working contact details. The name used on the website should match the name used on commercial documents and payment instructions.
If important details change during the discussion, stop and verify them through a known contact channel before sending money.
A brand list does not prove that every product is available at every time or for every destination. Send exact item names or product links and ask the wholesaler to confirm current availability for your quantities and market.
For SuperKos enquiries, brand availability, product selection and territory suitability are confirmed for the specific request.
Ask whether the supplier uses a product MOQ, a minimum order amount, a full-box rule, or all three. These limits are different and can affect the final product mix.
SuperKos has a minimum acceptable order of US$500. Product-level MOQ, box quantity, price and availability are confirmed for the requested items. See the MOQ, MOA and box quantity guide for a plain-English explanation.
A useful quotation should identify the products, accepted quantities, prices, payment terms and any agreed shipping charge or arrangement. Check the legal company name and payment details before paying.
SuperKos confirms available items, MOQ and wholesale price before issuing a proforma invoice. Standard payment terms are 50% after order confirmation and the remaining 50% before shipment. Available payment methods are confirmed with the quotation or invoice.
Ask where responsibility for the goods transfers and who arranges the main transport. A courier service and an Incoterm are not the same thing.
SuperKos supplies orders EXW Gimpo, South Korea. Buyers may use their own forwarder. On request, SuperKos can arrange EMS or EMS Premium (FedEx), while the buyer remains responsible for import clearance and destination-country requirements.
Do not assume that every certificate or product file is available. Tell the supplier which documents your forwarder, courier, marketplace or destination market requires.
For confirmed shipments, SuperKos can provide a commercial invoice, packing list and Country of Origin documentation. MSDS may be available for selected brands and products. Read the Shipping & Export Documents guide for more detail.
A trustworthy supplier should not offer to under-declare the shipment value or issue an inaccurate invoice. Incorrect documents can create customs, tax and compliance problems for the buyer.
SuperKos issues commercial documents that reflect the actual transaction. Buyers are responsible for checking and meeting the requirements of their destination country.
Be cautious when a supplier guarantees every brand, every destination, immediate stock, fixed delivery dates or every possible certificate without checking the products and market.
Reasonable answers often include conditions. Availability can change. Territory policies can vary. Some product documents are available only for selected items. A supplier that explains these limits is giving you information you can plan around.
A low unit price may be less useful if it comes with unsuitable quantities, unclear documents or a shipping arrangement that does not fit your business. Compare:
Send the same clear request to each supplier: brand, exact item links, estimated quantities, destination market and required documents. Comparing replies to the same request is more useful than comparing general catalogues.
