Shipping arrangements for wholesale orders
Orders are supplied EXW Gimpo, South Korea. Buyers may arrange collection through their own forwarder. If you need courier support, SuperKos can arrange EMS or EMS Premium (FedEx) on request.
Shipping cost, transit timing, and the available courier arrangement depend on the destination, shipment size, requested items, and the confirmed delivery method. We confirm the applicable arrangement for each order rather than publishing a fixed delivery promise.
Export documents
For confirmed shipments, SuperKos can provide a Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Country of Origin documentation. MSDS may be available for selected brands and products. Tell us any courier or forwarder document-routing requirements before shipment so we can confirm what is available for the requested goods.
Customs and destination requirements
SuperKos issues accurate commercial documents that reflect the transaction. We do not under-declare or under-invoice goods. Buyers are responsible for import clearance, duties, taxes, and other destination-country requirements.
What to include in your request
- Destination country and, if applicable, your forwarder’s collection details.
- Brand name, item names or product links, and estimated quantity.
- Any document-routing requirement from your courier, forwarder, or importer.
