One of the most important parts in in skin care is cleansing. Dirt and dead skin cells will accumulate on the top layer of the skin while bacteria can very fast act upon it forming a huge disaster we call acne.

Choosing a cleanser
Cleansing skin care may start with selecting a cleanser specially created for your type of skin. Even though our skin basically has a similar structure, the amount of oil produced by our skin has a big impact on the degree of formulations of cleansers.
For example, dry skin products may contain more moisturizers than the oily skin types. It is also true that, bar soaps usually (regardless of how they say that they contain moisturizers) are too drying and have to be used only from the neck down.
A way to see if your cleanser is too drying is if it leaves a “squeaky” finish. Makes sense? It removes your skin’s natural oil and lipids. Cleansing skin care is responding to what your skin actually needs and removes dirt and makeup.
Cleansing skin care includes washing the face with warm water to open pores and loosen deep-seated dirt. Extreme water temperatures may may break capillaries and cause your sebaceous gland to produce more oil.
Another thing in cleansing skin care, put a tiny bit of cleanser on your palm and apply on your face in a circular motion. After, rinse off with warm water and in the end with cool water. Cool splashes will close your pores down this way it won’t invite unwanted particles in.
No matter how much as you want to obtain beautiful skin right away, it’s not possible overnight. Basically, in cleansing skin care, wash two times per day only. Anything more than that can strip your skin of its natural oils that are necessary for moisturizing.
Washing your skin too many times will weaken its natural defenses and balance, which can cause: rashes (when skin becomes too thin allowing external substances to permeate the dermis or inner layer), adult acne (cleansing skin care twice a day may set off an adverse reaction on the skin), seborrheic dermatitis (appearance of red flakes on the scalp and T-zone).
Lastly, in cleansing skin care, you might be better off with the simplest regimen. Too much of anything, especially on the skin, can wreak havoc. Cleansing skin care prioritizes cleansing the skin more than anything else. After all, dirt is a big source of any problem.
